Here at River Kids, our goal is to influence the next generation to be world changers who are unashamed of the Gospel. We exist to raise up a mission-minded generation who seeks to KNOW Christ, GROW in Christ, and SHOW Christ to the world.

0-23 months

Laying the Foundation to KNOW God’s Love

Your baby is welcomed into a safe, clean, and nurturing environment designed especially for their earliest stage of life. Our rooms are split between walkers and crawlers and are equipped with trained, caring volunteers who provide loving attention, prayer, and consistent care so your child feels secure and valued. Through calming worship music, simple Bible truths, and gentle interaction, we begin planting seeds of faith—helping even our youngest hearts start to KNOW the love of Jesus.

2-3 years

Beginning to GROW in Christ

In this exciting season, children begin connecting Bible truths to their everyday lives. Through interactive lessons, worship, games, and meaningful activities, faith becomes both understandable and personal. We encourage questions, participation, and friendships as kids move from simply hearing about Jesus to actively beginning to GROW in Christ.

K-5th grade

Equipping Kids to KNOW, GROW, and SHOW Christ

Our elementary students step into an environment intentionally designed to help their faith come alive. Through dynamic, high-energy worship, powerful encounters with God, and engaging messages that bring Scripture to life, kids experience Jesus in a way that is life-changing. They learn how to apply biblical truth to everyday situations, ask honest questions, and build authentic friendships—laying the foundation for a strong and lasting faith.
Each week, we challenge students to:

• KNOW Christ personally
• GROW in Christ intentionally
• SHOW Christ boldly to their friends, families, and community

Our goal is not just Sunday faith—but raising up confident, mission-minded world changers who are unashamed of the Gospel.

During certain services we have a No Limits Special Needs Ministry to help children with special needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

SUNDAY MORNINGS
Sunday Mornings @ 8:30AM & 10:30AM
River Kids: Birth - 5th grade

We have a fun and safe environment for your children while you attend service! You can check your child in 10 minutes before the start of each service at our River Kid's entrance. 0-5 year olds have age appropriate classrooms to encourage learning and relationships with kids their own age. Kindergarten-5th grade have a service just for them with worship and teaching! 

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
Wednesday @ 7PM-8:15PM
River Kids: Birth - 5th grade

Our Wednesday nights are intended to help all ages grow deeper in their relationship with God. Our elementary age kids meet for large group lessons before breaking out into interest based or age based life groups.

During an interest based life group term kids are able to choose a topical group that they want to join. Watch our events page for when these new terms open. Kids are able to join a Wednesday night at any time even if a term has started!
RIVER KIDS LIFE GROUPS
Where Faith Becomes Personal

River Kids Life Groups are interest-based small groups designed to help kids build meaningful friendships while growing in their faith. Kids choose a group centered around something they love—whether that’s building, creating, exploring, competing, or learning new skills.

Through hands-on experiences and caring leaders, kids are encouraged to KNOW Christ personally, GROW in their relationship with Him, and SHOW His love in their everyday lives. Life Groups create space for deeper conversations, spiritual development, and lasting connections that help faith come alive in a way kids understand and enjoy.

Check In Process
Click here to save time by pre-registering your kids! 

If your family is already registered in our system, just head to the main kids check-in located in the front of our main kids entrance, and then parents can bring their child directly to their classroom.  Signs throughout the church will direct you, as well as our volunteers.

You will simply enter the last 4 digits of your phone number into one of the kiosks located kids main entrance. After selecting your child’s name on the kiosk, you and your child will be given matching check-in stickers for that service. Your sticker will be used as a pick-up ticket, and your child’s sticker will be used as a nametag. After service, you’ll return to your child’s room and show your pick-up ticket. A child will not be released to their guardian without presentation of their pick-up ticket.

If we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text or phone call. Just swing by your child’s room with your pick-up ticket and speak to the room leader.
Safety & Security
Safety is one of our highest priorities. Every time you check your kids in you’ll receive a unique parent identification tag that corresponds to your child’s tag. Additionally, every Serve Team member is screened and participates in a background check.
Mother's Room
If you have a newborn, we have a Mother's Room that has comfortable chairs, a changing table, and a live feed of the service. Located in the West Lounge.
Child Dedications
Child Dedication is the first major faith milestone for kids at River of Life Church. It gives parents the opportunity to pause and intentionally commit to raising their children to find and follow Jesus. We want to partner with you in that commitment and celebrate together during services at all campuses. Our next dedication dates can be found on our events page.
