The Holy Spirit - Week 2

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” - Acts 1:8

The Holy Spirit plays a vital role in our life. He has a role to play in our life! At River of Life Church, its our goal to lead you and feed you a balance of scripture to make you strong and solid in your faith - which results in a great future! This week, we dived into another teaching on the Holy Spirit and it’s parallel to wind. Wind is unseen but felt, and oftentimes when we experience God’s presence, it’s just that. Wind is also unpredictable. God doesn’t reveal Himself to people the same way every time. It’s different! We need to embrace the unpredictable nature of God. Wind is powerful! When we experience God, He transforms us and creates for us a greater life. If you’re struggling in your marriage, your job, your finances, etc. - we can turn to God and ask for His presence and power to work in our life. Finally, wind is refreshing.
